SNOWBOARD - VIDEO - The World Snowboarding Championships 2012
The World Snowboarding Championships 2012 is set for Oslo, Norway next February and preparations for the event are already well underway. The World Snowboarding Championships will use the TTR World Rankings as qualification for entry into the event which will feature slopestyle, halfpipe and quarterpipe competitions. Props to The Arctic Challenge crew, the Norwegian Snowboard Association and the WSF who, along with the TTR, have come together to make this world class event a reality.

Molti di voi ricordano senz’altro lo snowboard film That’s It That’s All, un capolavoro di adrenalina, classe e sfide impossibili giù da ghiacciai e impervie montagne.
La comunità snowboard era in attesa di un nuovo film che superasse il livello imposto dal capolavoro prodotto dalla Brain Farm. Ebbene gente, ecco l’atteso trailer (da brividi) di The Art of Flight che nel roster “artistico” vanta nomi come John Jackson, Gigi Rüf, Scotty Lago, Jeremy Jones e Mark Landvick. SNOWBOARD - Trick tip: come chiudere un Boardslide Frontside con lo snowboard
Ecco un trick tip che farà la felicità dei freestyler in cerca di qualche dritta per chiudere le manovre più difficili. Questa volta parliamo di Boardslide Frontside, la tipica manovra da park che consiste nel far scivolare la parte anteriore della tavola sulle ringhiere del park. Karl Dunham ci spiega come chiudere la manovra con qualche facile movimento preparatorio. Enjoy!
